JobSeekerFoundry is a free directory of tools, nonprofits, and low cost resources for people looking for work.

I spent 18 years working at a national job board, and somewhere along the way I became the voice of the job seeker in the room. Whenever a change was on the table, I was the one asking whether it would actually benefit the job seeker, and raising concerns about how it would affect their experience.

After that many years in the industry, I decided to put together a resource that is as free as possible and helps a job seeker ramp up as quickly as they can. Nobody is a professional job seeker. When you lose a job, or when you start looking for the first time, there is a ramp-up period, and it can really cut into your ability to hit the ground running and find work effectively and quickly.

The purpose of this site is to arm you with the tools and knowledge I have accumulated over the years, so you have everything you need to hit the ground running and find something. Time can be your ally in a job search, and it can also be your enemy. I want time to be your ally.

Everything here is free to use. Nothing is behind a paywall and nothing asks you to make an account. Each listing shows the month its link and its free status were last checked, so you can see how fresh it is.
